Our rates are as follows:
(Loading/Unloading, Packing/unpacking, Assembly/ Disassemble)
2 Movers - $132/hr
3 Movers - $187/hr
4 Movers - $238/hr
5 Movers - $287/hr
(Delivery/ Shipping, Long distance/Short distance, Junk Removal)
Box Truck - $150 / hr
Truck & Trailer Only - $100 / hr
Hourly rate for both Box Truck & Trailer will only be charged while driving
Truck and trailer must be able to park within 10’ of area of load and unload.
If within 20’ the labor rate will increase by 20$ per hour
If beyond 20’ the labor rate will increase by 40$ per hour
Liabilities/obstacles
If there are Stairs labor rate will increase by 10$ per hour
Move out is not responsible if damages occur to yards or septic systems, or anything underground (ex. Drains, Tiles, Wheel tracks, Irrigation Systems, Septic Tanks, power lines)
